Praveen Jallan

Praveen is the pioneer & co-founder of Fintegrity, with over 15 years of experience in the area of auditing, accounting and advisory.

Praveen holds significant experience in Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS audits and advisory services. In his prior ventures in accounting firms like S.R Batliboi & Co., Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, he has dealt with many complex accounting issues and has served in diverse leadership and client service roles. Praveen is a Chartered Accountant and a fellow member of ICAI. Praveen is a designated IFRS / Ind AS faculty for the diploma courses conducted by ICAI.

Praveen is passionate about playing a part in building a sustainable future for the society we live in.

Anup

Anup has 10 years of experience in audit, accounting, GAAP convergence. Anup has worked with large accounting firms KPMG and Walker Chandiok & Co (member firm of Grant Thornton)

As part of this role, Anup has also gained extensive knowledge and experience in various aspects of financial reporting, financial analytical processes, technical accounting matters under Indian GAAP, Ind AS and IFRS.

Anup has led several assignments including GAAP conversion, process improvements, business finance, corporate accounting, etc.

Anup has worked on technical accounting matters on complex areas like deferred taxes, shared based payments, service concession arrangements, business combination and consolidation, leases, financial instruments, goodwill etc. under IFRS/ US GAAP / Ind AS

Ashish Kumar Jallan

Ashish Kumar Jallan, Co-founder has over 10 years of professional work experience in the areas of auditing, accounting, advisory and taxation. He has served large part of his service tenure with Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP. He has led engagement teams for audit clients from varied sectors such as Healthcare, Pharma, Manufacturing, Information Technology, etc.

Ashish has also worked in senior Position in Innopark India Private Limited and Ivy Comptech Private Limited.
